Yes — our dispatch system automatically monitors all incoming flights in real time. If your flight is delayed, your driver's schedule adjusts accordingly and they'll wait for you at no extra charge.

We track your flight status automatically. For early arrivals, we adjust the pickup time. For delays, your chauffeur will wait up to 60 minutes at no additional cost. We also send text updates so you always know your driver is ready.
